Tempe Bacem Recipies


Before we cooking Bacem Tempe, I will intoduce to you what is tempe.
Tempe is foodstuff from Indonesia, made of soybean fermented.





Ok, . you already know, what is tempe. So, lets we cook.
Spice:
3 gr coriander
3 clove onion
3 clove garlic
1 leaf bay
3 cm galangal
soy sauce
salt
brown sugar
3 spoon oil for saute
1 liter oil for fried
and water

stuff
tempe

So lets we cook, .,
puree all spices except bay, galangal,
saute the spices in oil until smell then input bay and galangal. After the spices smell input water and soy sauce until the color black.
Input tempe until spices pervasive and water less and almost dry.

After this we must fried wet tempe bacem in oil.
Prepare oil for fried the tempe. Wait until oil hot and fried the wet tempe bacem.
so lift, . ,and,. , tempe bacem ready to presented.
