1 cm ginger
3 gr coriander
3 garlic
3 spanish onion
pepper
salt
brown sugar
400 cc water
palm oil
2 sheet bay
3 cm galangal

how to cook
puree the spice except oil, water, bay and galangal
soute the spice in oil and wait until smell, so input bay, galangal and water wait until boiling
then input chicken, . ,wait until soft, lift and ready to presented.
