Sayur Asem ala chef Titih


Sayur Asem is Indonesian traditional food, it coming from Betawi, this taste is sour, salt and fresh.

before we cooking Sayur Asem lets we preparing material
1 ons melinjo
200 gr leaf of melinjo
2,5 ons squash slice big cube
2,5 ons baby papaya slice big cube
0,5 ons nut
1 corncob slice 4 cm
2,5 ons baby jack fruit slice big cube
2,5 ons beans
water sufficiently

spices:
3 cloves garlic
3 cloves onion
2 chili
1 tomato
salt sufficiently
sugar sufficiently
25 gr terasi
4 tamarind fruit


how to make
fried all spices except tamarind salt and sugar, puree all spices, boiled the water and input the spices wait until boiled and input baby jack fruit, squash, nut, melinjo, corn and baby papaya wait until boiled and then input beans and leaf melinjo, wait until boiled and ready to presented with fried salted fish, . ,
