Mendoan Recipies


Do you Know Mendoan???
Mendoan is Indonesian traditonal food, it make from tempe.
Mendoan coming from Banyumas.

Material
Tempe
leeks and small pieces
salt sufficiently
20 gr coriander
1 cloves garlic
2,5 ons flour
250 cc water
palm oil

how to cook
pureed coriander, garlic and salt
mix with flour, spices, leeks and water
shaped tempe +/- 0,5 cm
dip tempe to mix of material and fried on hot palm oil,. ,wait until done,. ,
and ready to presented with chili or ketchup.

Bengawan Solo, riwayat mu ini

Sayur Asem is Indonesian traditional food, it coming from Betawi, this taste is sour, salt and fresh.

before we cooking Sayur Asem lets we preparing material
1 ons melinjo
200 gr leaf of melinjo
2,5 ons squash slice big cube
2,5 ons baby papaya slice big cube
0,5 ons nut
1 corncob slice 4 cm
2,5 ons baby jack fruit slice big cube
2,5 ons beans
water sufficiently

spices:
3 cloves garlic
3 cloves onion
2 chili
1 tomato
salt sufficiently
sugar sufficiently
25 gr terasi
4 tamarind fruit


how to make
fried all spices except tamarind salt and sugar, puree all spices, boiled the water and input the spices wait until boiled and input baby jack fruit, squash, nut, melinjo, corn and baby papaya wait until boiled and then input beans and leaf melinjo, wait until boiled and ready to presented with fried salted fish, . ,

Klepon


Klepon is Indonesian food, made of sticky rice.
You wanna eat klepon, . ,if you want, you can make it, . ,make klepon so simple, . ,
You must prepare
250 gr sticky rice flour,
1/2 grate coco,
1 ons brown sugar,
extract pandan,
150 ml water and
little salt.

step one you must paste sticky rice flour with water give a little salt and extract pandan leaf.
before we boiled this paste we must prepare water. boil water until boiling then
step two make ball from paste and give volume with brown sugar slices and input this ball to the water, . ,wait until floating, lift and give grate coco, . ,and klepon ready to present.

Tempe Bacem Recipies


Before we cooking Bacem Tempe, I will intoduce to you what is tempe.
Tempe is foodstuff from Indonesia, made of soybean fermented.





Ok, . you already know, what is tempe. So, lets we cook.
Spice:
3 gr coriander
3 clove onion
3 clove garlic
1 leaf bay
3 cm galangal
soy sauce
salt
brown sugar
3 spoon oil for saute
1 liter oil for fried
and water

stuff
tempe

So lets we cook, .,
puree all spices except bay, galangal,
saute the spices in oil until smell then input bay and galangal. After the spices smell input water and soy sauce until the color black.
Input tempe until spices pervasive and water less and almost dry.

After this we must fried wet tempe bacem in oil.
Prepare oil for fried the tempe. Wait until oil hot and fried the wet tempe bacem.
so lift, . ,and,. , tempe bacem ready to presented.
